Shipping policy

We strive to ship as quickly as possible!  If you purchase a ready to ship item, your order will ship within 2 business days.  If you order a custom item, please note that you will be provided an ESTIMATED time of completion and your item will be shipped as soon as it is completed.

We do provide tracking information on all packages and monitor their transport closely.  Keep in mind that once an item is mailed, we cannot control how long USPS takes to deliver it, thus the tracking information, so that you can contact your local post office in the event of a lost package.
