FAQ

1.  How do I order a custom item?  

A: Simply message me or if there is an option to order on the website, you can do that and then message me your colors, choices, etc.

2.  How long does it take for items to ship?

A:  That depends!  If it's ready to ship (listed on the website) It will ship next business day after purchase is complete!  If it's a custom order, it will ship as soon as it is complete.  Depending on how many orders are ahead of yours and the size of the order, that could be anywhere from 2 business days to 3-6 weeks, depending on workload and item ordered.  (Backpacks take a minimum of 4 weeks from time all materials arrive because they are huge and I work on them in stages while still creating inventory for the website) 

3.  Are your items washable?

A: Yes!  Unless noted in the item description, all my items are machine washable and hang to dry!  I do my best to create items that are easy to use and easy to care for!
